How To Play:
    Move Discs - Click & Drag Mouse

Rules:
    1. You may not move a bigger disc if a small disc occupies the same tower.
    2. You may only move a disc to an adjacent tower.
    3. You may not move a bigger disc to a tower that is occupied by a smaller disc.
    4. In order to win, all four disc must occupy the third tower. (The tower on the right.)
